We are partnering with a few professional baristi to create a series of instructional videos, recipes and tips for both the beginner as well as the experienced home barista. We are proud to feature:

Peter Middlecamp, co-owner and barista of Black Sheep Coffee Cafe in South St. Paul, Minnesota. Middlecamp was a Finalist in the 2007 United States Barista Championship. Peter produced two videos, showing proper technique for using an espresso tamper and how to create basic latte art.

Anthony Benda co-owner and barista of Cáfe Myriade in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Benda placed in the top three of the Canadian Barista Championship for three consecutive years. He offers his expert recipes and tips in a series of articles and a video.
