Ashley E. Rodriguez, chef, food author and teacher, brings you a monthly recipe using our handcrafted, eco-friendly tableware. Ashley is an award-winning food blogger, with her blog featured in The Times of London's guide to the world's top 50 food blogs (Ashley's blog ranked in the top 20).

Peter Middlecamp, co-owner and barista of Black Sheep Coffee Cafe in South St. Paul, Minnesota. Middlecamp was a Finalist in the 2007 United States Barista Championship. Peter produced two videos, showing proper technique for using an espresso tamper and how to create basic latte art.

Anthony Benda co-owner and barista of Cáfe Myriade in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Benda placed in the top three of the Canadian Barista Championship for three consecutive years. He offers his expert recipes and tips in a series of articles and a video.
