Sushi Plates
Our sushi plate is handcrafted from a solid piece of lead-free crystal glass and accomodates 2 large sushi rolls or 6 pieces of sushi. Reminiscent of a hanging bridge, the sushi plate is supported by feet on both ends and gently dips toward the middle. The sushi plate has a smooth top surface with a slightly textured underside. When not using them for sushi, these plates are a dramatic way to present seafood, hors d'oevres, or desserts.
We recommend to hand wash the sushi plates. Not suitable for a microwave. Handcrafted in Switzerland by Glasi Hergiswil since 1817.

Dip Bowls
The sushi dip bowl is handcrafted from lead-free crystal glass and matches the sushi plate to hold the soy sauce. Of course if you are using the plate for seafood or hors d'oeuvres, the bowl works perfectly with any dip or sauce. The dip bowl has a smooth interior surface and a slightly textured exterior.
